Open a book and discover a world where anything is possible at the newly opened Henry Sandon Hall this July, with this charming interactive puppetry show for children aged 3 – 7.

Be sure to pack your imagination and join us on an unforgettable journey to Moominvalley where everyone is welcome, nature thrives and adventures are plentiful. Magical puppetry, an ingenious pop-up book set, original music and interactive play will delight young audiences aged 3 to 7 years and encourage them to immerse themselves in a unique participatory story-telling experience. Audiences can expect surprises along the way and plenty of Moomin mischief

Based on the much-loved novels by Tove Jansson, this heart-warming show tells the story of a year in Moominvalley. Moomintroll wakes up in the middle of winter with a 'something-wrong-feeling'. There’s no sign of his good friend Snufkin, or the note Snufkin left him. As winter turns to spring, Snufkin returns, the days lengthen into a lazy summer and 'the sea brings them all the adventures they could wish for'.

With a new animated Moomins TV series set to hit our screens in 2019 why not catch them here first and experience the truly magical world of Moominvalley!

Mischief and Mystery in Moominvalley is the first programmed event at Worcester’s brand new arts venue, Henry Sandon Hall, on the newly re-opened Royal Porcelain Works site. The new venue will host an exciting and eclectic range of events, with film nights on Mondays, talks on Tuesdays, live music on Thursdays and family events on Saturdays, plus craft fairs and exhibitions throughout the year. There is something for everyone at Henry Sandon Hall! For more information visit www.worcesterlive.co.uk or pick up the new brochure from the Worcester Live Box Office at Huntingdon Hall in Crowngate, Worcester.

Tickets are available from the Box Office on 01905 611427
